Yes, at Chester Court, 201 West 89th Street we did just that. We had created exercise facilities before. This was to be the largest and best equipped. Just for the use of co-op residents only, it includes a gym and workout areas, volleyball and basketball courts and lockers. It also has a kitchen and space for parties and functions. Private rentals bring in revenue.
