Mr. Hirsch is Director of Operations and General Counsel to Lawrence Properties. His diverse abilities and extensive expertise make him a unique and invaluable member of any management company.
As an operations professional he oversees all aspects of capital projects, staff supervision, union relations and budget projections. He assumes the day-to-day responsibility for major projects in the firm's management portfolio.
His legal responsibilities include advising our clients with respect to the many issues in real property ownership and co-op and condo laws in New York. Additionally, he supervises outside counsel retained by the firm's clients to handle specialized issues such as landlord/tenant litigation and certiorari filings.
Mr. Hirsch is a graduate of New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts and is a member of the New York State Bar and Connecticut Bar, as well as a member of the New York State Bar Association. He attended Long Island University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.
Prior to joining Lawrence Properties in 2002, Mr. Hirsch spent seventeen years devoted to the practice of real estate law in New York City at well-respected law firms representing major real property owners and managers in and around the metropolitan area.
